The FAW open new facility in Newport...

The Football Association of Wales has opened the new facility in Newport, Wales. Boasting state of the art equipment, including four ECB Cold Spa units, the centre is intended to boost the nations football identity.

The FAW wanted the units in their own colours and using their own logos.

Training sessions for major sports events are gruelling. For mere mortals they can appear to be the pastime of superheroes.

"Cooling or recovery techniques used usually include more traditional methods such as massage, stretching sessions, steam baths, yoga and swimming.
